My story

My name is Anya Casteel. In 2015 I went to India and become a Hatha Yoga instructor . While living in an ashram, meditating and practicing yoga, I felt strong calling to work with women. After that I went to China for a Prenatal Yoga teacher training. Since that trip working with pregnant women has been my passion. Now I am also a doula and a student midwife. 

Doula’s work and studying midwifery helps me to understand anatomy and physiology more, which makes my classes full of useful knowledge. I believe that regular yoga and meditation helped me a lot in my own pregnancy – so much so that I was able to give birth at home to a 10 pound baby without any complications.

I believe that our body is designed perfectly to give birth. We just need to remember to listen to ourselves, believe in ourselves, always stay present and… breathe!

Breath is Life

By learning to link your breath and movements in a constant flow, you’ll greatly increase your ability to work with your body during labor and childbirth, encouraging a faster and more enjoyable birth experience.


Pay at the time of the class. Join any time. Don’t need to register before.

Committed pass

$60 or $120 ($15/class)
4 classes for $60 valid for 1 month. 8 classes for $120 valid for 2 months.

Private yoga class

$70/class ($325 – 5 class pass)
Private yoga session in a comfort of your home. Reach me to book a session.

Pay at the time of the first class. ​I accept Venmo (@Anya-Casteel), cash or checks payments.
Please bring water and your own yoga mat.
Blocks and blankets will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing.
Please do not wear strong perfumes.

Reconnect with your body. Get in touch with what feels good for you and your baby.
